CHELSEA ARE CHAMPIONS.

So, this is a little late. Like, maybe a little more than a day or two late. Like, so late that I... well, I actually don't have a good excuse other than, summer? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was a good season in the English Premier League with all of the excitement, attacking football, and usual drama that makes the league special. I personally made it to my first few EPL games this season, my favorite being Chelsea v. Manchester City (in addition to paying a hefty ticket price, I paid the price of my voice for belting out chants like, "Fabregas Wears a Magic Hat"). In the end, the season culminated with an impressive championship for Chelsea. Something that seemed like a foregone conclusion but I'll note, few people saw coming from the start.

• Final standings ended up being considerably closer than I expected. Maybe next year I need to improve on the scoring/tiebreaker system to spread it out a bit...
• Harry Kane missed a decent chunk of the season and still won the Golden Boot. What's up with that?!
• Many people came within a spot of getting all three relegated teams correct but no one quite got all three correct.
• No one correctly got the champions, even me. Not one of my proudest moments...
